Overview
A failing commercial roof puts your building, your inventory and your operations at risk. We install and maintain flat and low-slope systems that keep the water out and your business open.
Details
We install single-ply, EPDM, modified bitumen and built-up roofing systems for warehouses, retail buildings, offices and multi-family properties across North Carolina. Every project starts with a full inspection of the deck, seams, flashing and drainage so the recommendation matches the building rather than a standard package. We work with proven manufacturers including CertainTeed Landmark, IKO, GAF, Atlas and Owens Corning, schedule around your operating hours where possible, and hand the finished roof over with the warranty paperwork and a walk-through so you know exactly what was done.
Included
Every roof we install is backed by our 5-year labor warranty, plus manufacturer warranties ranging from 20 to 40 years on select shingle systems.

Flat and low-slope roofs leak at the seams long before the membrane wears out. Single-ply systems give you a continuous, mechanically sound surface that sheds water instead of holding it.

Older low-slope roofs often need a tough, layered system that tolerates foot traffic and temperature swings. Modified bitumen delivers exactly that.

Some commercial buildings are best served by a traditional layered roof that has decades of proven performance behind it.

A metal roof lasts decades, sheds North Carolina rain and wind, and needs very little attention once it is installed correctly.

Architectural properties, accents and complex rooflines need metal work that is fabricated for the building rather than pulled off a shelf.

Shingles are the most common roof in Raleigh and the easiest to install badly. Correct underlayment, ventilation and nailing are what decide how long yours lasts.

Rubber roofing is a cost-effective, long-lasting answer for flat commercial roofs when it is detailed and seamed properly.

EPDM handles UV, temperature swings and ponding better than most low-slope options, which is why it stays a commercial standard.

Leaks, storm damage and aging shingles rarely fix themselves. We diagnose the real cause, tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement is the right call, and put it in writing.

Storm damage claims are confusing. We document the damage properly and work alongside you and your adjuster so nothing legitimate gets missed.
