Commercial Roofing
A failing commercial roof puts your building, your inventory and your operations at risk. We install and maintain flat and low-slope systems that keep the water out and your business open.

Flat and low-slope roofs leak at the seams long before the membrane wears out. Single-ply systems give you a continuous, mechanically sound surface that sheds water instead of holding it.

Details
We install TPO and PVC single-ply membranes over commercial and multi-family low-slope decks, with the attachment method matched to the building and the exposure. Seams are heat-welded and inspected, flashing details at curbs, drains and parapets are rebuilt properly, and insulation is specified to hit the performance you need. Every installation follows manufacturer specification so the material warranty stands, and our 5-year labor warranty sits behind the workmanship.
Included
Every roof we install is backed by our 5-year labor warranty, plus manufacturer warranties ranging from 20 to 40 years on select shingle systems.

Your roof protects everything under it. We replace and install asphalt shingle and metal roofs with clean workmanship, quality materials and a 5-year labor warranty.

Older low-slope roofs often need a tough, layered system that tolerates foot traffic and temperature swings. Modified bitumen delivers exactly that.

Some commercial buildings are best served by a traditional layered roof that has decades of proven performance behind it.

A metal roof lasts decades, sheds North Carolina rain and wind, and needs very little attention once it is installed correctly.

Architectural properties, accents and complex rooflines need metal work that is fabricated for the building rather than pulled off a shelf.

Shingles are the most common roof in Raleigh and the easiest to install badly. Correct underlayment, ventilation and nailing are what decide how long yours lasts.

Rubber roofing is a cost-effective, long-lasting answer for flat commercial roofs when it is detailed and seamed properly.

EPDM handles UV, temperature swings and ponding better than most low-slope options, which is why it stays a commercial standard.

Leaks, storm damage and aging shingles rarely fix themselves. We diagnose the real cause, tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement is the right call, and put it in writing.

Storm damage claims are confusing. We document the damage properly and work alongside you and your adjuster so nothing legitimate gets missed.
