Overview
Storm damage claims are confusing. We document the damage properly and work alongside you and your adjuster so nothing legitimate gets missed.
Details
After wind or hail damage we carry out a full inspection and produce clear photo documentation of every affected area. We explain what we found in plain language, meet with your adjuster when it helps, and make sure the scope of work reflects the actual condition of the roof. Once the claim is settled we complete the approved work to manufacturer specification and review the finished project with you. You always know what is covered, what is not, and what it will cost before anything starts.
Included
Every roof we install is backed by our 5-year labor warranty, plus manufacturer warranties ranging from 20 to 40 years on select shingle systems.

Your roof protects everything under it. We replace and install asphalt shingle and metal roofs with clean workmanship, quality materials and a 5-year labor warranty.

Flat and low-slope roofs leak at the seams long before the membrane wears out. Single-ply systems give you a continuous, mechanically sound surface that sheds water instead of holding it.

Older low-slope roofs often need a tough, layered system that tolerates foot traffic and temperature swings. Modified bitumen delivers exactly that.

Some commercial buildings are best served by a traditional layered roof that has decades of proven performance behind it.

A metal roof lasts decades, sheds North Carolina rain and wind, and needs very little attention once it is installed correctly.

Architectural properties, accents and complex rooflines need metal work that is fabricated for the building rather than pulled off a shelf.

Shingles are the most common roof in Raleigh and the easiest to install badly. Correct underlayment, ventilation and nailing are what decide how long yours lasts.

Rubber roofing is a cost-effective, long-lasting answer for flat commercial roofs when it is detailed and seamed properly.

EPDM handles UV, temperature swings and ponding better than most low-slope options, which is why it stays a commercial standard.

Leaks, storm damage and aging shingles rarely fix themselves. We diagnose the real cause, tell you honestly whether a repair or a replacement is the right call, and put it in writing.
